ABOUT ME

My name is Regina Oswald, and I’m 47 years old. I live in sunny California, near the boundless expanse of the Pacific Ocean.

 

My life is filled with love and support from my wonderful family—my husband, Stephen, my son, David, and our loyal four-legged companion, Sir Bailey, a kind-hearted and affectionate Labrador. Every day, they bring warmth and joy into my life, and I write these words with deep gratitude for their unwavering love, support, and belief in me.

I am a woman, a wife, a mother, a daughter, a granddaughter, and a niece. At the same time, I am the founder, CEO, and designer of Regina Oswald Collection, an ICF-certified coach, the creator of Body Mind Harmony by Regina Oswald, a motivational speaker, an author, and a philanthropist.

 

My personal journey has taught me an essential truth: every woman has the ability to harmoniously balance multiple roles, unlocking her potential while staying true to herself. This, I believe, is the key to genuine feminine strength and inner harmony.

 

In 2023, I completed Harvard’s Wellbeing and Nutrition course and was honored with the Woman of Style award by Riviera of Orange County. I serve on the board of South Coast Repertory and am an active member of organizations such as the United Way Women’s Philanthropy Fund Breakfast, CHOC Mental Health Committee, and Friends of CASA.

 

My career spans 15 years in the pharmaceutical and medical industries, along with a bachelor's degree in business management and finance. This foundation has been instrumental in bringing my projects to life and turning my ideas into reality.

For as long as I can remember, I've always been on diets. Very strict ones. I was always restricting something, counting calories, and constantly battling with myself. After having children, it became even more difficult, and I noticed that even the strictest diets weren't producing the results I was hoping for. That's when I decided to turn to Regina.


 

After coaching sessions with her, everything changed. Regina helped me understand that staying slim isn't about the lack of food, but about the quality of it. Instead of restricting myself, I learned to listen to my body and give it what it really needs.
